Key Responsibilities

As a core member of the Direct Sales team, your day-to-day will involve:

• Retail & Liability Business Associates (Asset, Liability, Credit cards & Islamic banking Products Sales)
• Driving Business: Mobilize deposit products (Savings, Current, and Term Deposits) and source Retail Loans (Home Loans, personal loans, & Credit Cards etc.).
• Market Exploration: Conduct field visits to identify, approach, and acquire new customers.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned monthly deposit and loan targets.
• Relationship Management: Build strong, long-lasting connections with new clients while nurturing existing ones.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with branch teams and relevant departments for smooth loan processing and fund disbursement.

Range of Salary: BDT 18,000 - BDT 24,000 per month. Incentives: Highly lucrative, uncapped performance-based incentives tied to your sales achievements.
