Must be able to ride a motorcycle and possess a valid motorcycle driving license.
Responsibilities & Context
Collect customer-returned or faulty products (mobile phones and IT products) from sales points and deliver them to the designated CSM CCE.
Collect repaired or returned/terminated products (mobile phones and IT products) from the CSM CCE and deliver them to the respective sales points.
Ensure the safe handling, proper documentation, and timely delivery of all products during collection and transportation.
Coordinate with sales points and CSM CCE to ensure smooth product handover and delivery.
Perform any other urgent or ad hoc tasks assigned by the Operations Manager or Branch Manager to support daily operations.
