Responsibilities & Context
Job Context:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Commercial to support export-import operations, LC documentation, banking activities, and coordination with relevant departments to ensure smooth commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in export and import documentation and commercial activities.
Support LC (Letter of Credit) opening, amendment, and documentation.
Coordinate with banks, C&F agents, suppliers, and buyers as required.
Assist in preparing and maintaining EXP, IMP, invoice, packing list, and related documents.
Follow up on shipment schedules, customs clearance, and delivery status.
Maintain commercial records and prepare reports.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with applicable commercial procedures.
