Responsibilities & Context
Job Responsibilities
Assist in developing innovative garment wash effects and techniques.
Support wash recipe development, testing, and sample preparation.
Conduct wash trials and evaluate color, shade, hand feel, and garment appearance.
Coordinate with Wash Lab, Production, Quality, and Merchandising teams.
Maintain wash development records and prepare trial reports.
Support process improvement, cost optimization, and quality consistency.
