Educational Qualifications and Experience:
B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institution, in accordance with applicable BNMC requirements.
Minimum 12 years of experience as a Senior Staff Nurse, including at least 5 years of experience after graduation.
Valid registration with the Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC) is mandatory.

Responsibilities & Context
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate nursing staff across assigned units and departments.
Ensure the proper implementation of patient care plans, nursing protocols, and hospital procedures.
Monitor the quality of nursing care and ensure compliance with patient safety standards.
Prepare duty rosters and ensure the effective allocation of nursing personnel.
Assist in training, mentoring, and guiding junior nursing staff.
Maintain nursing records, reports, duty schedules, and other relevant documentation.
