• শুদ্ধ উচ্চারণে এবং শুদ্ধ ভাষায় কথা বলতে পারদর্শী হতে হবে।
• পাঠদান ও শিক্ষার্থী-অভিভাবকবৃন্দের সাথে আলাপচারিতায় কোনো ধরনের আঞ্চলিকতা গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
• হাতের লেখা সুন্দর হতে হবে।
• বেসিক কম্পিউটার এবং সুন্দর হস্তলিপিতে দক্ষ প্রার্থী অগ্রাধিকার পাবে, ইন শা আল্লাহ্‌।
