∎ Patient, persuasive and have the confidence and experience needed to be taken seriously by management

∎ Basic managing skills on warehouse/ store
∎ Problem-Solving Skills in relation store keeping
∎ Able to work collaboratively with internal staff and external providers

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure well organizing of office room and warehouse/ store
∎ Collect and distribute official documents and materials in respective offices and play labs
∎ Maintain Stock register, challan and indents properly
∎ Keep sample of procurement purchasing materials and provide as needed
∎ Ensure materials indents in stock register and tag at warehouse/ store
∎ Work with project participants and other team members by ensuring their safety and protecting them from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, exploitation and any sexual exploitation and abuse
∎ Make sure all types of security in office campus during office time
∎ Other assigned work by supervisor also of photocopy, scanning and printing related work be done smoothly
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
∎ This position's role will be maintaining records of all materials receiving and sending from anywhere, warehouse/ store room will be organized with materials tag also be responsible other assigned activists from other colleagues by practicing, promoting and endorsing the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
