Officer-Audit & Compliance

Practical knowledge of Bangladesh VAT, Tax, Customs, Accounting and Auditing.

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Accounting Software.

Strong analytical, reporting, communication and problem-solving skills.

High integrity, confidentiality and attention to detail. Experience & Preference.

1–2 years of relevant professional experience.

Candidates with experience in CA Firms or Tax & VAT Consultancy Firms will be given preference.

Practical experience in Financial Audit, VAT & Tax Compliance and Customs-related audits will be an added advantage.

To audit financial statements, General Ledger, vouchers, bank reconciliations, expenses, and financial transactions.

To review VAT returns, Mushak forms, VDS, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance.

To verify import-export documents, Bills of Entry, LC, customs duties, and related VAT & Tax.

To audit procurement, sales, inventory, payroll, fixed assets, and cash management.

To identify financial irregularities, fraud risks, and weaknesses in internal controls.

To prepare audit reports, recommend corrective actions, and monitor implementation.

To conduct special audits, investigations, stock verification, and other audit activities as assigned by management.
