Executive/ Sr. Executive- Logistic (Transport)

Strong knowledge of vehicle and fleet management.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to plan routes and manage transportation schedules.

Good record-keeping and reporting skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and email communication.

To manage daily transport operations and vehicle schedules.

To communicate with vendor for distribution vehicle hire.

To ensure vehicles are properly maintained, serviced and available when required.

To monitor fuel consumption, mileage, maintenance and other vehicle-related expenses.

To maintain accurate records of vehicles, drivers, fuel, repairs, insurance and licenses.

To ensure all vehicles comply with legal and organizational safety requirements.

To supervise drivers and monitor their attendance, performance and discipline.

To handle vehicle accidents, breakdowns and other transportation-related incidents.

To coordinate with workshops, garages, vendors and relevant authorities.

To prepare regular transport reports and provide recommendations for improving efficiency.

To perform any other transport-related duties assigned by management.
