Officer, Client Support

At least 3 years Diploma in Paramedic Course completed from recognized institution

Maximum 35 years of age (may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates)

At least 3 years of experience in clinical practice, assisting with outpatient consultations and investigations in a private clinic or hospital

Patient counseling, client support and front desk customer management skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsRecord keeping and documentation skills

Familiar with operating clinic management software

Excellent computer skills in MS Office application suite

Perform duties at the reception/OPD of SMC Diagnostic and Consultation Centre, Darussalam.

Greet clients courteously, introduce themselves, and ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining high standards of service quality.

Ensure accurately register all clients in the Clinic Management Software and maintain up-to-date patient records.

Counsel patients regarding doctor appointments, diagnostic services, consultation procedures, and follow-up services.

Maintain proper documentation and records of client services and generate reports as required by the clinic management.

Ensure document customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions and share them with the clinic management to support service improvement.

Coordinate with doctors, consultants, and other clinic staff to ensure smooth client flow and timely service delivery.

Maintain confidentiality of patient information and maintain professionalism in all client interactions.

Ensure compliance with the policies, procedures, and service standards of SMC Diagnostic and Consultation Centre, Darussalam.
