Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the collection of outstanding credit and ensuring it is handled appropriately and as per company policy.
∎ Create and implement strategies to increase the number of successful collections on outstanding debt.
∎ Communicate with clients to build and maintain a strong working relationship
∎ Implement credit policies and procedures that retain a smooth running of the department and avoid excessive credit limits.
∎ Customer reception and handling.
∎ Develop and maintain good relation with customer
∎ Provide excellent service and satisfactory information to the customer
∎ Keep regular communication with existing clients of the company for future prospect generation.
∎ Maintain call reports and daily work schedules.
∎ Assist other team members/executives in daily execution of works.
∎ Provide regular updated report as per requirement of the Team Manager on the above activities
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management

∎ Candidate should be proficient in using Microsoft Office.
∎ Should have good command on English & Bangla.
