Educational Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in CSE or others relevant field with a CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00
Minimum GPA 4.00 out of 5.00 in SSC & HSC or equivalent.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Responsibilites:
Provide regular IT support to students, faculty, and administrative staff.
Perform device servicing and repairs for computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
Assist in the installation and configuration of software and hardware.
Collaborate with the IT team to ensure efficient IT operations.
Provide technical assistance to end-users and resolve IT-related issues.
Keep records of service requests and maintenance activities.
Manage and maintain the CCTV surveillance system across the university campus. (CCTV, Intercom, and User Support).
Oversee the intercom and sound system operations, ensuring they are functioning correctly.
Provide necessary IT support at the General Computer Lab
Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems reported by users.
Keep records of CCTV footage and system maintenance activities.
Maintain and troubleshoot Point of Sale (POS) machines in the university canteen.
