Strong knowledge of woven sewing operations.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities & Context
Supervise daily sewing operations to achieve production targets.
Ensure product quality, line efficiency, and effective manpower utilization.
Monitor production progress and resolve sewing-line issues.
Coordinate with IE, Quality, Planning, and other relevant departments.
Identify production bottlenecks and ensure smooth line operations.
