Responsibilities & Context
Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of lift systems
Ensure safe operation and compliance with relevant codes and safety standards
Manage customer relationships, attend meetings, and resolve technical issues
Handle customer complaints, service coordination, and after-sales support
Coordinate with technicians, suppliers, and internal teams
Support system development, technical planning, and tender preparation
Prepare reports, service records, and operational documentation
