Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Context: We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our expanding team. In this role, you will connect with prospective customers over the phone, pitch our products/services, and drive sales conversions to meet performance goals.
Job Responsibilities
Sales & Pitching: Conduct outbound calls efficiently to pitch products/services and successfully close sales.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily call volume metrics, talk-time targets, and monthly sales quotas (KPIs).
CRM & Record Keeping: Accurately log, update, and maintain lead details and customer conversation data within the CRM/ERP system.
Follow-up Cadence: Follow up systematically with potential leads and interested prospects to accelerate conversions and build lasting relationships.

Educational Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
HSC pass candidates with excellent communication skills are also highly encouraged to apply.
Skills Required: Telesales, Telemarketing, Inside Sales, Negotiation, Active Listening.
Experience Requirements
1 to 2 year(s) preferred.
Freshers are also encouraged to apply if they possess strong verbal communication and persuasive abilities.
