Outlet Interior Designer

Experience Requirements

• Proven professional experience in interior design, preferably in restaurants, cafés, food outlets, retail stores, or commercial spaces.
• A portfolio of completed interior design projects is required.
• Experience in outlet fit-outs, renovation projects, and contractor coordination will be preferred.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in relevant design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or other 2D/3D visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of space planning, lighting, materials, furniture, and finishing.
• Ability to prepare technical drawings, design presentations, and project estimates.

• Develop creative and functional interior designs for new outlets, restaurants, and food-service spaces.
• Prepare floor plans, layout drawings, 2D plans, 3D visualizations, and interior design concepts.
• Design seating arrangements, service counters, cashier areas, kitchen spaces, lighting, signage, and customer service zones.
• Ensure outlet designs align with Dream Snow Bangladesh's brand identity, customer experience, and operational requirements.
• Select appropriate materials, furniture, fixtures, colors, lighting, and decorative elements.
• Conduct site visits, take measurements, assess existing conditions, and prepare design proposals.
• Coordinate with the Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams during outlet development.
• Prepare design specifications, material lists, estimated budgets, and project documentation.
• Monitor interior fit-out and renovation work to ensure the approved design is implemented correctly.
• Identify cost-effective design solutions while maintaining quality, functionality, safety, and visual appeal.
• Ensure designs support efficient staff movement, customer flow, cleanliness, and practical food-service operations.
