Additional Requirements

- Strong working knowledge of WINDA software
- Sound knowledge of knit & woven garments
- Good understanding of garment construction, fitting, and measurements
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Responsible, organized, and team-oriented
Responsibilities & Context
Develop, modify, and correct patterns based on fitting and sample feedback
Make accurate sample consumption
Prepare garment patterns according to design concepts, sketches, and specifications
Follow up with the sample section to ensure timely sample development
Ensure proper fitting, grading, and measurement accuracy
Achieve assigned monthly sample targets
Coordinate with design, merchandising, and production teams
Identify and resolve pattern-related technical issues during sampling
Prepare and submit daily output reports
Prepare monthly work progress and performance reports
Maintain pattern quality as per buyer and company standards
Carry out any other relevant assignments assigned by management
