Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have MBA or Master Degree in any discipline with good academic record. PhD/ Barrister at Law will be an advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Administrative, Advisor/ Consultant, Fund Raiser, Legal Aid & Services, Program Officer/ Manager, Project Coordinator/ Officer, Survey Enumerator
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Micro-Credit, Newspaper/Magazine, NGO
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have a sound knowledge about linkage between Program Office & Team Office.
∎ Staff and community Management Knowledge is good.
∎ Have a good Knowledge about internal control system.
∎ Maintain computerized data based system and good skill on logistic Support.
∎ Good knowledge on performance management, sound knowledge on human resource management (Personnel Management)
∎ Hygiene promotion, sound healthcare, water resource system operation knowledge is bright.
∎ Have a sound knowledge on preparation of project proposal, module and syllabus & Text curriculum.
∎ Good knowledge on preparation of project proposal, Module Syllabus & Text curriculum.
∎ Good knowledge on performance training facilitation, advocacy & Networking.
∎ Have a sound knowledge on preparation of project proposal, Module, syllabus & Text Curriculum.
∎ Good Knowledge on organize meeting/workshops/training according project/sect oral requirement.
∎ Maintain the project documentation and various project related correspondences.
∎ Have good reporting like as monthly, quarterly and annually as per program requirement.
∎ Have outstanding proficiency in MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, Email and internet.
∎ Any other responsibilities will assign by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proactive, self-motivated and self-started with a positive attitude.
∎ Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills in English.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and adaptive to changes.
∎ Decision Making Ability.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in Labor Law and Human Rights.
∎ The candidates must have demonstrated leadership quality, recognised performance in the field of legal and human rights, proven administrative and financial management competence and excellent communication and social skills.
∎ Experience regarding fund raising will be important.
∎ Suitable female candidates are encouraged to apply.
