Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in social science or any other discipline from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the project team with maximum efficacy and pronounced leadership
∎ Plan, design and implement field intervention plan, training, supervision and monitoring and other activities according to project objectives and expected outcome
∎ Lead the project team with effective administrative, program and financial management capacity
∎ Provide strategic leadership to the team in terms of conflict analysis, transformation, peace building, etc.
∎ Manage implementation of the programme activities and ensure quality through regular monitoring
∎ Effective coordination, communication and networking with all relevant stakeholders and service providers for non-violent transformation of ongoing and latent conflicts in the project area
∎ Factual analytical documentation, research and periodic reporting of the project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in leading, managing and implementing project on human rights and inclusive governance, peace building, conflict management, and working with education institute, School management committee and the community in any national or international organization.
∎ Knowledge and experience on conflict analysis, prevention and peace building.
∎ Knowledge on target group selection from indigenous communities and formation of CSO, CS Alliance, student forum, theatre group etc.
∎ Profound working experience in staff management/ coordination, cooperation with civil society and public authorities as well as project participants at grassroots level;
∎ Comprehensive working experience regarding planning and implementation of local level activities, including trainings, meetings, public events and advocacy with local public authorities;
∎ Profound communication skills and high bengali competency.
∎ Able to drive motor cycle and frequent field visit
∎ Knowledge on context analysis, data analysis, MIS and evaluation process
∎ Knowledge on general administration, project and financial management
∎ Computer literacy on MS Word, Excel, Power point and more
∎ Able to prepare factual result oriented reports

Salary:
∎ Tk. 41800 (Monthly)
∎ Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Medical Allowance, Travel Allowance, Health Insurance and Leave benefit will be entitled as per organizational policy.
