∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ At least 5 years’ experience in leading managing and implementing project on human rights including gender and identity-based violence.
∎ Sound knowledge on human rights, gender, women empowerment, diversity, gender and identity-based violence, discriminatory social norms, non-violence etc.
∎ Knowledge on target group selection from marginalised communities and formation of CSO, CS Alliance, student forum, theatre groups etc.
∎ Able to make effective plan and optimum utilization of available resources.
∎ Knowledge on context analysis, data analysis, MIS and evaluation process.
∎ Knowledge on general administration, project and financial management.
∎ Must have efficiency in supervision of field staff, facilitation of meetings.
∎ Able to develop training modules and conduct training need assessment.
∎ Good analytical skill and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Able to prepare quantitative and qualitative reports.
∎ Good written and oral communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Computer literacy on MS Word, Excel, Power point and more.
∎ Able to drive motor cycle with valid driving license and frequent field visit.

∎ Monitor and ensure quality implementation of project activities.
∎ Provide strong leadership, support capacity building, on-job coaching and mentoring to the project team.
∎ Ensure smooth functioning of financial management in compliance with accepted standards.
∎ Provide conceptual and strategic guidance to the team members, especially on human rights, gender, women empowerment, diversity, gender and identity-based violence, discriminatory social norms, non-violence etc.
∎ Develop annual and monthly work plan.
∎ Prepare monthly and annual quantitative and qualitative reports.
∎ Ensure optimum and efficient use of project resources.
∎ Ensure proper formation and capacity building of different groups at schools and community at Union, Upazila and District level.
∎ Organize and facilitate local and regional meeting, workshops and seminar and all other public events.
∎ Establish and continue formal and informal linkage/network with community, local authorities, government officials, local leaders and other organizations.
∎ Provide support to conduct different research and study under the project.

This Organization is looking for a dynamic Project Coordinator for the project “Strengthening the human rights and social participation of marginalised groups in Bangladesh with specific focus on women and girls (short: HOPE)” funded by the BMZ and NETZ-Bangladesh
