Job Description
An experienced Project Engineer is required to manage the quality, cost, and schedule of a multi-story residential building construction project and to coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise piling, foundation, basement, reinforcement (rod), shuttering, casting, and finishing works in accordance with approved drawings.
Prepare and verify BOQ, estimates, rate analysis, BBS, and material requisitions.
Develop daily, weekly, and monthly work plans and progress reports.
Coordinate the work of contractors, laborers, consultants, and suppliers.
Verify the quality of construction materials and test results; control inventory, usage, and wastage.
Measure work, maintain measurement books, and verify contractor bills.
Coordinate electrical, plumbing, sanitary, and fire safety works.
Ensure compliance with construction codes, approval conditions, and site safety standards.
Rectify drawing discrepancies and construction issues based on consultant-approved solutions; address defects and handle project handover.
