Job Context:
Villanueva Resort is looking for a dynamic, experienced, and service-oriented Resort Manager to oversee the overall operations of the resort. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high standards of hospitality, managing staff, improving guest satisfaction, and maximizing revenue through room reservations, event bookings, and other resort services.
Job Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the overall day-to-day operations of the resort.
Supervise and coordinate resort staff, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and security teams.
Ensure excellent guest service, cleanliness, hospitality, and safety standards throughout the resort.
Manage room reservations, guest check-in/check-out, customer inquiries, and booking confirmations.
Coordinate wedding ceremonies, corporate events, family gatherings, and other social programs.
Handle guest complaints and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.
Monitor daily revenue, expenses, inventory, and operational costs.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and performance reports.
Develop strategies to increase bookings, occupancy rates, customer satisfaction, and revenue.
Ensure proper maintenance of rooms, facilities, gardens, landscaping, and recreational areas.
Maintain effective communication with management, staff, suppliers, and guests.
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and applicable safety regulations.
