Job Context

Aventra Fusion Lounge is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Restaurant Marketing & Customer Acquisition Manager to lead our digital, corporate and on-ground marketing activities.

The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of customer acquisition, social media marketing, restaurant promotion, corporate marketing and local-area marketing.

This is a hands-on role. The primary objective is to generate customer inquiries, reservations, walk-ins and sales through both online and offline marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase restaurant footfall and sales.

• Plan and manage Facebook & Instagram campaigns, Reels and promotional content.

• Coordinate Meta Ads and monitor campaign performance and ROI.

• Manage restaurant website content, online offers and reservation information.

• Manage Google Business Profile and improve local online visibility.

• Develop and maintain customer databases for repeat marketing and customer retention.

• Identify and work with relevant food bloggers, influencers and content creators.

• Plan and execute food tasting, promotional and seasonal campaigns.

• Develop corporate marketing opportunities with offices and organizations in Banani/Gulshan.

• Conduct regular corporate visits and generate corporate dining, lunch, meeting and event leads.

• Develop local-area marketing initiatives to generate walk-in customers.

• Monitor competitors, market trends, offers and customer behavior.

• Track marketing activities from Lead → Reservation → Visit → Sales → Repeat Customer.

• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports for management.

• Coordinate with restaurant operations and management to ensure successful campaign execution.
