Responsibilities & Context
Monitor and coordinate all after-sales service activities.
Collect, maintain, and update customer after-sales information and records.
Track product delivery, booking, and receipt status.
Contact customers to confirm whether they have received the battery.
Handle customer follow-ups and resolve after-sales-related queries.
Prepare and maintain after-sales reports and documentation.
Coordinate with the Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth after-sales operations.
Perform other duties assigned by the department as required.
