• Academic qualification will be flexible for more experienced candidate, especially in Retail Food Products (FMCG).

Responsibilities & Context

• Sales Technology Management: Partner with the IT team to deploy, train staff on, and monitor field force tracking and sales applications.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary communication bridge between the sales force, management, and cross-functional departments.
• Performance & Sales Reporting: Prepare comprehensive daily, monthly, and periodic reports covering ASM targets, primary/secondary sales, achievements, lead/closure progress, and distributor stock.
• Market Analysis & Audits: Conduct thorough market audits to analyze market share, coverage, and industry challenges, using insights to support sales strategies.
• Field Force Operations & Monitoring:
  • Monitor daily field force activities against route plans and track attendance, leaves, and visit plans.
  • Review, verify, and process field force TA/DA bills and attendance records for the finance department.
• Target & KPI Evaluation: Track national sales and marketing targets, evaluate monthly KPIs for the sales team, distributors, dealers, and retailers, and recognize top-performing regions/territories.
• Inventory Oversight: Monitor sales inventory across depots and factories.
• Team Alignment & Support: Organize regular area-level meetings with RSMs, ASMs, TSMs, and SOs to identify field challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain up-to-date filing systems for employees and distributors.
