Sales & Marketing Officer – Customer Support

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, phone calls, and other communication channels.

Understand customer needs and provide clear and accurate information about company services.

Handle new leads and regularly follow up with potential, existing, and previous customers.

Follow up consistently with interested customers and support the process of converting inquiries into confirmed customers.

Ensure that no customer inquiry, lead, or scheduled follow-up is missed or unnecessarily delayed.

Communicate with customers in a polite, friendly, confident, and professional manner.

Handle customer complaints, concerns, and service-related issues professionally.

Coordinate with the relevant team to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, follow-ups, complaints, and service status.

Keep customer information and follow-up schedules properly updated.

Collect customer feedback after service completion.

Follow up with previous customers for repeat business or additional services when appropriate.

Prepare daily reports on leads, inquiries, follow-ups, confirmed customers, complaints, and pending issues.

Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Management teams whenever necessary.

Maintain company standards, confidentiality, discipline, and professional conduct at all times.
