Key Responsibilities
Team Building: Recruit and develop a strong 10–12+ member sales team.
Sales Training: Coach employees on communication, client handling, negotiation and closing.
Performance Management: Monitor daily activities, targets and monthly sales results.
Problem Solving: Identify performance gaps and implement effective 360° solutions.
Team Leadership: Ensure discipline, professionalism and smooth sales operations.
