Dongyi Sourcing Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Merchandiser (Jersey) to lead our product development team. In this role, you will manage buyer communications, supplier coordination, and production follow‑ups — ensuring smooth sample development, accurate documentation, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead product development and merchandising activities for the Jersey/Knit department.
Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams for sample development, approvals, and order execution.
Prepare and monitor order sheets, costing files, and documentation independently.
Oversee production processes to ensure quality standards and delivery timelines.
Resolve day‑to‑day issues with proactive communication and problem‑solving.
Guide and support junior merchandisers in the team.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Merchandising, or a related discipline.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in knit/jersey merchandising, with proven leadership capability.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
In‑depth knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment construction.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
