Role Purpose

Dongyi Sourcing Limited is seeking a highly analytical, commercially minded, and experienced Senior Executive – Post Audit & Finance Management to strengthen financial governance, compliance, and cost control across the business.

This role goes beyond routine accounting. The successful candidate will ensure strict financial compliance, robust post-audit control, accurate management reporting, prevention of financial wastage, and smart utilization of company funds.

Key Responsibilities

·       Ensure 100% compliance of all financial transactions with applicable laws, tax, VAT, and statutory requirements.

·        Conduct systematic post-audit reviews of payments, expenses, purchases, reimbursements, and other financial transactions.

·       Review monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and other key financial statements; highlight risks, abnormalities, and areas requiring management attention.

·       Prepare budget vs. actual, month-on-month, and year-on-year comparison statements with clear variance analysis.

·        Identify financial leakage, wastage, unnecessary expenditure, and weaknesses in financial controls; ensure timely corrective action.

·       Prevent duplicate payments, overpayments, unauthorized expenditure, and financial misuse through effective controls.

·       Review OPEX and other costs; recommend practical opportunities for cost optimization and savings.

·       Ensure effective cash-flow management, working-capital control, receivables, and payables monitoring.

·       Monitor audit findings and ensure corrective actions are implemented within required timelines.

·       Provide independent financial analysis and recommendations to support the CEO and senior management in decision-making.

·       Prepare a comprehensive Monthly Finance Management & Post-Audit Report for the CEO covering P&L performance, cash flow, compliance, audit observations, wastage identified, cost savings achieved, and recommendations.

Mandatory English Requirement

Fluency in English is mandatory. The candidate must have excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with the CEO, senior management, international colleagues, auditors, and external stakeholders.

Education & Experience

·       Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline from a reputed university

·       Professional qualification partly such as CA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent will be a strong advantage

·       Relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Internal Control, or Financial Management

·       Experience within a multinational, sourcing, trading, manufacturing, or apparel organization preferred

·       Strong knowledge of tax, VAT, statutory compliance, accounting standards, and financial controls
