Visa Expert Consultancy Ltd. is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented Student Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in processing student visas, course selection, and admissions for Canada, South Korea, and Italy, with a proven track record of guiding students toward successful academic placement abroad.
Key Responsibilities
Student Counseling: Provide comprehensive, personalized guidance to students regarding higher education opportunities, admission requirements, tuition fees, and career pathways in Canada, South Korea, and Italy.
Profile Assessment: Evaluate academic backgrounds, language proficiency, financial eligibility, and career goals to recommend suitable universities, colleges, and programs.
Admission & Visa Documentation: Assist students with end-to-end application processes, SOP/LOI preparation, document verification, embassy appointment scheduling, and visa filing procedures for the specified destinations.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with prospective students and parents, handling inquiries across walk-ins, phone calls, and digital channels to maintain high conversion rates.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of changing visa policies, immigration updates, scholarship opportunities, and intake deadlines for Canada, South Korea, and Italy.
Coordination: Collaborate with internal processing and administrative teams to ensure smooth and timely file submission.
