Strong technical knowledge of Solar PV systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and PVsyst or equivalent solar design software.
Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and lead project teams.
Willingness to travel to project sites.
Responsibilities & Context
Plan, design, and execute solar power projects, including rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems.
Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and technical assessments.
Prepare solar system layouts, technical drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of solar PV systems.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, budget, resources, and timelines to ensure timely completion.
Ensure compliance with technical standards, electrical safety regulations, and quality requirements.
Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize solar system performance and energy generation.
Supervise engineers, technicians, and installation teams.
Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and handover reports.
Coordinate procurement of solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, and other equipment.
Ensure successful project delivery within approved specifications and deadlines.
