Job Context:
∎ Unigas has constructed a state-of-the-art LPG Import, Storage, Bottling and Distribution Terminal & a Cylinder
∎ Manufacturing Plant in Sitakunda, Chattogram. The Main Terminal is located at Sitakunda in Chattogram and satellite
∎ stations will be across the country. The company is now looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and high caliber individual
∎ for the following position:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems
∎ Demonstrable leadership abilities
∎ Good knowledge of labor law
∎ Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
∎ Work with Head of the department to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage
∎ more efficient and beneficial work from employees.
∎ Communication and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees.
∎ Closely working with recruitment team to source for candidates for specific job positions by reviewing resumes and
∎ applications.
∎ Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected.
∎ Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicant should have minimum three (03) years' working experience in large manufacturing set up.
∎ Having experiences of managing a large work force with Legitimate Compliances in Employment, Safety & Benefits.
∎ The applicant needs to be a critical thinker, good analyst and should know to study/draw a big picture.
∎ Excellent Interpersonal Communication, Presentation and Negotiation Skills are requirement of this role.
