Strong knowledge of knitting processes and production planning.
Proficiency in MS Excel and analytical reporting.
Knowledge of FastReact software will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context
Prepare knitting and dyeing production plans based on confirmed bookings and T&A requirements.
Identify critical paths and anticipate production bottlenecks.
Monitor machine capacity, yarn availability, and fabric production progress.
Coordinate with Merchandising, SCM, Knitting, Dyeing, and Garments Production teams.
Ensure timely fabric delivery to meet production and shipment deadlines.
Analyze production challenges and take proactive corrective measures.
