Service Expert of Fan Service Management Section.
Keep the section live (no pending over 72 hours).
Attend the customer of the assigned job
as per WCRM Software and provide solution accordingly.
Reduce work pending, repeated service, average time of work done.
Increase quantity & quality of Service
Control unnecessary service cost & ensure mostly repair
over replacement.
Increase customer satisfaction and branding service and product.
