Responsibilities & Context
Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure smooth business activities.
Manage showroom sales, customer service, and client relationships.
Supervise and motivate showroom staff to achieve sales targets.
Maintain product displays, stock availability, and inventory records.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
Ensure proper product presentation and maintain showroom standards.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.
Coordinate with the sales, inventory, and management teams to ensure operational efficiency.
Implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and overall showroom performance.
