Job Summary
NetZe Eco Energy Solution Limited is seeking hardworking and safety-conscious workers for the installation of mounting structures for industrial and commercial rooftop solar PV projects. The selected candidates will assist with structural assembly, fitting, alignment, fastening, and preparation of mounting systems for solar panel installation.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with unloading, handling, sorting, and arranging solar mounting structure materials.
Assemble and install mounting rails, brackets, clamps, supports, and other structural components according to approved drawings and instructions.
Perform drilling, cutting, fastening, and other fitting work where authorised and properly equipped.
Assist with measuring, marking, alignment, and levelling of structural components.
Tighten bolts and fasteners using the specified tools and methods.
Support the installation team in preparing the structure for solar panel mounting.
Handle tools, materials, and equipment carefully to prevent damage and waste.
Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of materials at the worksite.
Report damaged materials, incorrect fittings, alignment issues, and unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
Follow approved installation procedures, work-at-height requirements, and all applicable safety instructions.
