∎ Calling & Supporting customers of Live Chat and Bot Solution
∎ Solving customer issues with Live Chat and Bot Solution
∎ Giving Demo to customer to understand Various feature
∎ Ensure Customer recurring Monthly or Yearly Payment
∎ Up sale to customer
∎ Any related customer retention or sales task
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be fluent in oral and written English to be able to communicate to North & South America Customers over phone or Zoom
∎ Experience in oral communication with North America Customer
∎ Experience in selling IT products and SAAS Industry
