We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Professional Accountant to manage the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, tax and VAT compliance, bank transactions, and financial records.
- CA (CC), ACCA, CMA, or other relevant professional qualifications will be an advantage.
Responsibilities & Context
- Maintain daily accounts, general ledger, journal entries, and vouchers.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, and financial reports.
- Monitor factory expenses, production costs, inventory valuation, and cost accounting.
- Coordinate VAT, withholding tax (TDS), and VAT deduction at source (VDS) compliance in accordance with applicable laws.
- Assist in corporate income tax returns, tax assessments, and other statutory filings.
- Coordinate annual external audits and maintain supporting financial documentation.
- Monitor fixed assets, depreciation, inventory, and financial controls.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and relevant government authorities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and Bangladesh financial and tax regulations.
