- Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language, Chinese Studies, or any relevant discipline is preferred.- HSK certification or equivalent Chinese language proficiency will be an advantage. Experience Requirements - Experience as a Chinese Language Interpreter or Translator is preferred.- Experience working with Chinese-managed manufacturing companies will be an advantage.- Fresh candidates with excellent Chinese language proficiency may also apply.
Responsibilities & Context
- Provide verbal interpretation between Chinese management and Bangladeshi employees in meetings, discussions, and daily factory operations.
- Translate documents, emails, notices, reports, and instructions between Chinese and Bangla; English translation may also be required.
- Assist Chinese management in communicating with local employees, suppliers, service providers, and government representatives.
- Support HR, Administration, Production, Commercial, and other departments with language-related communication.
- Interpret technical instructions related to production processes, machinery, quality control, and workplace safety.
- Attend meetings and prepare translated minutes, action points, and follow-up reports when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and management communications.
- Assist with general administrative and coordination tasks as assigned by management.
