Responsibilities & Context
Maintain all financial records (all Receipt & payments, daily cash book, petty cash, fund position, all bills, vouchers, invoice check & entry).
Check & monitor sales invoice through software & entry sales to tally.
All kind of reconciliation (Sales, Bank, POS, Cash, Bkash, Suppliers, payable & receivable) & prepare budget forecast.
Prepare & submission of monthly/yearly VAT and Tax management related work and communication with legal authorities.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual profit & loss accounts, Balance sheet statement.
Any other relevant duties as assigned by the Concerned Authority/department.
