Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager (Credit Realization))

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

Candidates with an educational background in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or Economics, or will be preferred.

Relevant experience in Credit Collection / Recovery / Customer Relationship / Real Estate or Financial Services may be given preference.

Good computer literacy and MS Office skills are required for reporting and database management.

Develop and implement strategies for efficient credit recovery

Formulate and initiate an action plan to achieve the collection target set by the Management from time to time.

To be responsible for credit and cash collection against Suites sales.

Prepare daily/weekly/ monthly/ yearly reports including CR & Marketing dues, over dues. 

Prepare and present reports on credit realization performance to senior management. 

Monitor KPIs and develop action plans to address any deviations.

Letter Issue to Client for Dues, Over Dues Collection & Registration Cost Collection Purpose. 

Any other task of work as per Management Decision. 

To achieve collection target as set by the Management time to time.

Client Follow-Up for Collection Purpose. 

Updating ERP Software regularly.

Client Follow-Up for New Sales after Payment Complete.
