Responsibilities & Context
The Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager (Sales & Marketing) will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets, developing marketing strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
The role requires a results-driven professional with strong communication and leadership skills to support the company’s business growth.
Identify potential clients and generate leads for property sales.
Conduct client meetings, property site visits, and explain project details.
Maintain relationships with clients, respond to inquiries, and provide property solutions as per their needs.
Negotiate prices, payment schedules, and finalize sales agreements.
Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the company.
Maintain a client database and follow up on leads regularly.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and customer service teams for documentation and client handover.
