∎ MBA/Masters in HRM or Industrial Relation preferable /Graduate in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
General HR, Training
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To receive the approved requisition forms of Workers and Train supervisor of Training Center from the top management.
∎ To Prepare monthly workers distribution summary from training center to Business Units and show report with the management to get necessary acknowledgement for skill development.
∎ Ensure recruitment of worker and Trainee Supervisor as per the budget.
∎ Create an annual training plan for the employees (Corporate & plant both based on the training requirements identified & programs planned. Ensure communication is disseminated to all concerned on quarterly and monthly basis to block calendars and plan work deliverables accordingly.
∎ Organize all logistics, collateral & operations support required. Ensure readiness of training material for delivery and printing at all times.
∎ Work with Training Manager and prepare an interactive & engaging orientation program as per best practices in the industry. Consult with GM - HRAC and take approval as necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Very good commend in excel
∎ Experience in PMS will get preference
∎ Ability to work under pressure
