Responsibilities & Context
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for Factory Worker or any other Job Placement.
• Manage daily HR operations including attendance, leave tracking, and maintenance of employee personal files.
• Assist in monthly payroll processing, salary breakdown, and administrative compliance.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, discipline, and enforce company workplace policies.
• Maintain alignment with local labor laws and ensure site-level safety standard compliance.
• Any other task assigned by management.
