Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer feedback reports (daily, monthly).

• Deliver professional customer support services and arrange site visits when required.

• Develop and implement product pricing strategies aligned with company policy.

• Assist in developing sales tools and conducting feasibility studies for new products.

• Ensure achievement of sales targets and departmental objectives.

• Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential clients.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Manage client interactions through personal visits and face-to-face engagement to ensure personalized service.
