Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/MBA in HRM with PGDHRM from a renowned University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead to HR and Administration department as a Head of HR and Admin.
∎ Manage the recruitment and selection process.
∎ Develop and monitor overall HR & Admin strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
∎ Develop HRIS & Payroll management system.
∎ Developing plans for employees' performance management, supervise and monitor performance appraisal process, motivation, reward, and punishment actions.
∎ Coordinate HR development and training needs and compliance.
∎ Formulation and implementation of policies and manuals.
∎ Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances etc.
∎ Maintain relationship with stakeholders both inside & outside of the organization.
∎ Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Managing employees benefits and compensation, employees records and personnel policies
∎ Ensure that HR process and procedures are constantly communicated and administered to all officials and also keep Management informed.
∎ Should have knowledge in existing Labour Law and other relevant laws of the state.
∎ Any other task assigned by management from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ At least 5 to 7 years' experience on General HR and Administration, HR payroll, HR Policy, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Organization Development, Performance & Career Management, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development etc. Candidate having experience in any Microfinance focused organization will get preference.
∎ Excellent command in English (both written and oral)
∎ Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
∎ Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
∎ Good computer skill
