The candidate should having experience of working in factory or in any manufacturing plant preferably in Sugar Refinery Plant & same nature of industries will be given preference·The candidate should have problem solving capacity of the plant· Operation of internet, e-mailing (outlook), Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Auto Cad.
Responsibilities & Context
Works as In-charge of Mechanical Department and Central Workshop.
Monitoring All maintenance works of the plant and keep running condition of all machinery and equipment.
Keep ready all spares gearbox, housing, pumps, valves etc. by maintenance for immediate replacement.
Planning of the plant maintenance works.
Proper maintain and ensure properly works of technician during overtime.
Monitoring of Machinery Check list of Shift engineer.
Monitoring of lubricant consumption record.
Keeping record of Bearing & Belt conveyor consumption.
Monitoring Raw sugar unloading works at jetty.
Monitoring and ensure order and sending all sample of spares to workshop and listed in register.
preparation of indent and follow up for procurement. Need to maintain emergency material stock in register/file. Update should be informed GM (Tech. & Engr.) and Addl. Chief Engineer time to time.
Co-ordinate with procurement team.
Preparation of Salary statement and monitoring attendance of Engineer’s & workers.
Preparation note/letter for official works as per instruction of GM (Tech. & Engr.) and Addl. Chief Engineer.
Cleanliness of the plant area.
Follow up and Monitoring all works of shift engineer’s and maintain their duty roaster.
