Job Responsibilities:
∎ The position in under the project title 'Improving access to education and protection services for children of women textile workers in Dhaka, Bangladesh'
∎ Monitoring and supervising the drop-in and day-care centers day-to-day activities.
∎ Develop Monthly Reports and presentation.
∎ Maintain communication with stakeholders, community and guardians.
∎ Purchasing monthly food and other necessities for the centre maintenance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ IT literacy with knowledge of MS Office and internet programme.
∎ Commitment to work at the grassroots level,
∎ Commitment to gender equality and the values of the organization,
∎ Confident co-operative attitude,
∎ Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure,
∎ Have to have time flexibility,
∎ Awareness of deadlines and timescales,
∎ Flexible and adaptable,
∎ Honesty and dedication.
∎ Good communications and listening skills.
∎ Experience in working in grassroots level.
∎ The job is based on NU head office Dhaka and field areas inside Dhaka (Adabor and Mirpur-1)
Salary: Tk. 22000 - 25000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Yearly festival allowance equal to one month salary. Other benefits as per organizational policy.
