For Operator: Minimum 03 years of experience in relevant field.
For Supervisor: Minimum 07 of years of experience in relevant field.
Experience of working in a corporate hospital would be an addition advantage.
Responsibilities & Context
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor CCTV cameras and critical hospital areas continuously to ensure patient, staff, visitor, and property safety.
Identify and promptly report suspicious, abnormal, unauthorized, or emergency activities to the concerned authority.
Monitor hospital entrances, restricted areas, parking and vehicle movement, and maintain proper incident/observation logs. Ensure proper functioning of CCTV systems and maintain the confidentiality and security of recorded footage.
Supervise CCTV Operators, ensure proper shift coverage, handover, reporting, and effective coordination with the Security/Duty Manager.
