Supply Chain Manager

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the overall supply chain strategy (sourcing, warehousing, transportation, inventory) aligned with business growth objectives.

Inventory Management: Own the inventory health across the retail chain. Set policies for safety stock, reorder points, and lead times to optimize working capital and availability.

Process Leadership: Lead the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (SOP) process, bridging Sales, Operations, and Finance.

Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with key suppliers for the credit limit, after-sales, and self-rent to optimize inventory cost targets and maintain working capital.

Team Leadership: Lead and manage the supply chain team for the efficient supply of products and forecast planning to maintain economical order quantities, fostering SCM performance.

System & Analytics: Oversee the supply chain technology stack (ERP and Chain Link); systems to enhance and leverage analytics for decision-making.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Merchandising, Category Management, Store Operations, and Finance to align plans and resolve SCM constraints and bottlenecks.

Cost Management: Own and manage the purchase budget (inventory). Identify and execute the optimum point for cost-saving initiatives.

Performance Monitoring: Establish, track, and report on team KPIs; conduct root-cause analysis for performance variances and implement corrective actions.

Risk Management: Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks related to supplier failure, damage, loss, and demand spikes, or other disruptions.

Compliance & Sustainability: Ensure all supply chain activities adhere to compliance and policy requirements, safety standards, and SCM sustainability standards.

Return & Refund Management: Manage the return and refund process according to SOPs.
